Kwik Kar Oil Change & Auto Service Center of Denton

They were extremely busy but still managed to inspect my vehicle in 30 minutes. Unlike other places, they didn’t try to convince me something was wrong and I need to replace something. Very honest

My check in tech Isaiah was so amazing from start to finish he kept me updated. I’ve never been to a company that set proper expectations and actually followed through and the wait time was not long at all! Shout out to Isaiah and all the employees who played a role in making sure my first time experience was everything and more. Kwik Kar, thank you for such an amazing staff and for servicing my vehicle needs! You deserve 10 stars!

Heath and Ethan are amazing workers that care about you more than trying to squeeze out your wallet. I've been coming to this shop for 2 years now and have never had any complaints. They are upfront and honest about what's going on and show you as much information as they can to be sure you understand what's happening with your vehicle. Just today I went in for an engine inquiry and they notified me that it was a known issue that the dealership should be able to cover free of charge; and if the dealership wouldn't do it, they would for cheaper than whatever the dealership would've charged. Excellent service and excellent workers

Kwik Kar in Denton has been my go to for several of our cars and trucks. They are consistent, explain what they find and are thorough. If they find something outside of the parameters of what I originally brought my vehicle in for, I don’t feel pressure to add the service I’m not ready or wanting to put on my ticket. I have found they are very competitive with the dealer’s pricing and the markups for filters or wipers (as an example) are understandable for the convenience and ease of having someone else install. A special thanks to Mark (who is very knowledgeable and entertaining); he has given me several tips on my truck and where to purchase certain hard to find parts online. Also, a big thanks to Heath, who is always helpful in going over what he’s found during routine check during oil changes, and this time for my State Inspection. He’s conscientious and tells it like he see’s it. Quality work, courteous and helpful check out staff…never tempted to go elsewhere!

I've been coming to this KwikKar location for a while now. Prices are reasonable and they are upfront about costs and fees before starting any work. Employees are well trained here and friendly. It does feel like they may recommend some services, but they are not pushy. I'd recommend it for oil changes and repairs. Once I've had a fuel sensor fail, and another repair shop had cleared the code without logging it. My emission test was failing. They were able to figure out what was wrong and got it fixed.
